One of our client who is a leading NBFC are looking to hire a Vice President with a strong expertise in the Credit Risk function.

• – MBA / CA with over 12-14 years’ experience in the Credit Risk function, working with NBFC / Bank / FinTech organizations.
• – This role will be instrumental in shaping credit policy, enhancing portfolio performance, strengthening governance, and driving risk-led business growth for the personal loans.
• – Strong understanding of retail credit underwriting, risk analytics, and portfolio management.
• – Proven experience in credit policy formulation and risk strategy development.
• – Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and risk governance standards.
• – Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
